The practical rules for using Newcomerly’s public-information research workspace.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Newcomerly, a service operated by Pick Rabbit Studio (“Newcomerly”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or workspace, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If local law gives you mandatory consumer rights, these terms do not limit them.
What Newcomerly provides
Newcomerly searches, organizes, compares, and explains public information about financial products that may be relevant to people moving to or newly arrived in another country.
Newcomerly is not a lender, credit broker, bank, insurer, immigration adviser, or financial adviser. We do not submit applications, assess affordability or creditworthiness, predict approval, or make decisions for providers. Results are research aids, not personal financial advice.
Research results and sources
Product availability, fees, eligibility rules, laws, and provider processes can change. We aim to show sources and uncertainty, but do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, accurate, available, or suitable for you.
You are responsible for confirming material information on the provider’s official website and deciding whether to apply. The provider alone controls its application, identity checks, eligibility, pricing, and approval decisions.
Your account and information
Google sign-in is used to create and access your account. Keep control of your Google account and notify us if you believe your Newcomerly account is being misused.
Only provide non-sensitive context needed for research. Do not enter passwords, card or bank-account details, government identification numbers, copies of identity documents, exact credit reports, or confidential financial records. See our Privacy Policy for how account and service data is handled.
Credits, prices, and payments
Newcomerly uses research credits. Credits may be consumed by searches, source collection, structuring, and follow-up requests. The workspace shows your remaining balance. Usage estimates are illustrative because research complexity varies.
Paid credit packs are one-time digital purchases in USD, processed by Creem. Credits do not expire under our current policy, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be changed prospectively with reasonable notice. Promotional credits may have separate conditions. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Credits Policy.
Third-party services and links
Newcomerly relies on third-party services including Google for sign-in, DeepSeek for language-model processing, Brave Search for public web search, Cloudflare for hosting and data infrastructure, and Creem for payment processing. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Links may lead to providers, government sources, regulators, or other independent websites. We do not control them. If we later receive compensation from a provider or affiliate link, we will identify that relationship and will not let compensation determine whether a product appears or its research score.
Acceptable use
You may use Newcomerly for lawful personal research. You must not abuse, disrupt, scrape at scale, resell, reverse engineer, circumvent rate or credit limits, probe security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service to facilitate fraud, discriminatory decisions, or evasion of identity, sanctions, KYC, AML, or other legal checks.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or close access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, our systems, or comply with law.
Ownership
Newcomerly’s software, design, brand, and original editorial material belong to Pick Rabbit Studio or its licensors. Public facts and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal research.
You retain rights in content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process it, provide the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for provider decisions, declined applications, changed terms, losses caused by reliance on unverified public information, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Newcomerly in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may improve or change the service and these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new update date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, or security risks.
